FAQ

Questions everyone asks before going solar

No jargon. Honest answers. If yours is not here, one message and a real person replies.

Yes. A well sized system offsets the power you buy from the grid every day. We size it to your real usage and show you the expected savings before you commit, so the numbers are honest, not hopeful.
Our hybrid systems carry battery storage and can stay connected to the grid or a generator. Power stays on at night and through cloudy days, and the system manages the switch automatically.
We offer flexible payment and financing options, including lease to own for some products such as cold rooms. The goal is a monthly cost that is lower than the problem it solves.
We stay. Munyax Eco is known for after sales service, long warranty periods and maintenance, so the system keeps performing for years, not months.
Solar water heaters are typically installed on site in four to eight hours. Larger PV and storage systems are scheduled after a site visit and a clear plan.
Yes. We operate from Kigali and Musanze and have delivered projects across Rwanda and the region, from hotels and cooperatives to refugee settings.
